Rabbis paint the changes & contradictions between Jewish Law & Torah Law as "developments" or "evolution" in the law.

Judaism DOES NOT represent the Laws of the Hebrew Torah of Israel.
Judaism uses the Torah as "base-book" yes, but only for marketing purposes. In practice, Judaism has replaced the Laws of the Torah.
To judge the Torah only by its content, with no Post-Torah rabbinical interpretations, it is clear:
The Torah of Israel is not Jewish.
The Torah does not have Jewish tradition, nor Jews in it. Judaism is as foreign to the Torah as Islam. But for many generations Jewish Rabbis pretended to represent the Hebrew Torah.
When the Torah is read with NO Rabbinical Post-Torah interpretation, it's clear that the Torah is VERY different than Judaism.
It is also clear that the Hebrew tribes were blood related to one Hebrew father: Jacob, while in Judaism any person from any nation can become a Jew.

Today probably most of the Jews are not the descendants of the hebrew tribes of Israel.
While The Hebrews are a Nation (Goy), the Jews on the other hand are a Religious Club with many sects.
We see the first "conversion to be Jewish" in an exterior book to the Torah, called 'Ester', where it is said that a multitude of nations converted to become Jews.
That's where the word 'Judea', or 'Jew', is NO LONGER blood-associated to the tribe of Judea.
From the book of Ester and onwards, any person from any nation can become "Judea".
"Judea" today is NOT blood associated to the Hebrew tribe of Judea.
The name 'Judea' is now reduced to describe people from various nations, who converted at some point to "Judaism" - an abstract system of beliefs with many sects.
Unlike Judaism, in the Torah, Sons of Israel inherit their Identity only from their fathers.
In Judaism however, you are a Jew by the mother, or worse, by converting to Judaism.
Judaism was implemented at some point in Israel under the Romans to replace the traditions of the Torah, and to remove any power from the Levi priests (non-jews).
Rabbis made the Jewish identity to be opposite to the Torah (by the mother, instead of the father) to disconnect the Hebrews from their Tribal Identity, so that they will accept non-Hebrews as citizens of the holy land.
This is a Jewish open border policy, as long as the new-comers accept the rabbis as holy.
All a person needs to do to become a Jew, is to accept the Rabbis of the Talmud as holy and their words as "words of holy spirit".
The identity theft of the name 'Judea' from the Hebrews is used to falsely paint "Jews" as "Israel". It allows the "Jews" to falsely claim rights over the holy land of the Hebrews.
In the Hebrew Torah God makes a holy covenant with Abraham (Avraham) according to which, Abraham's SEED shall inherit the holy land of Cna'an:
Genesis 15:18:
"לְזַרְעֲךָ נָתַתִּי אֶת הָאָרֶץ הַזֹּאת"
"To your seed I gave this land"
But rabbis (who do not exist in the Torah) decided that this covenant with Abraham should also include "Spiritual Seed".
Meaning, if you do not come from Abraham, but feel like inheriting his land, don't worry, the rabbis got you. Just become a Jew, worship the rabbis, and they will say that you are "Spiritually" the seed of Abraham.

Since the higher more respected rabbis, Rambam and Karro, both agreed that the age limit should be 9 in order to fuck a boy with no consequences, it is generally accepted as the Jewish law.

While it is easy for the Christian to see that Judaism and Islam are religions of deception, he turns a blind eye to the fact that all three religions, including his own, were created by the Roman Empire to control the word of God to spread tyranny.
Christians believe that their dead Jew (some refer to him as Lord or God, while others refer to him as the Son of God, depends on the sect) has committed suicide & made a human sacrifice on the cross, in order to clean them from their sins, or something of this order.
